Are the decisions that you made today influenced by the things you have decided in the past to form you? Or were they a mere influence and projection of what you were brought up with? Sociologically yes there are things we must apply, learn, and live by. But decisions are still yours, what you decide to pick up from or learn from is still a decision you make. Yes! It is that far fetched reasoning that you can do whatever you want and decide on doing what you truly want to do and when you are forced no matter the consequences it is up to you to judge based on them to do what you please? Also we are raised and brought to be certain things but t what point in your life did you trully decide and pick for yourself who and what you are right now? Think of who you are what you want to be what you would change and what you would keep its not hard to see this things but making the changes or preserving what is already there can be an even harder decision because if you are not defined to yourself you will CHANGE in the future and break every promise you have made to the ones that you care about but most importantly to yourself. So make sure that every step you take on your life is in agreement with what you want in life and not what the moment dictates for it is always influenced by others.
Life is one, life is unique, life is ours, life is to be used to take on the world, life is for loving. On all of these things previously stated stand the cliches, but all of these lie in human nature and overly general. Lets go into the more detailed thing or the re-generalization of these cliches into ones own application. Since we are little we are told what to do and when to do it. We are told everything from when to wash up to what or when we are going to eat. As we get older we get told when to study and when or where we can go. As our studies culminate we are then told by our job’s manager what to do and how to use our knowledge and or our skills.
All of this is and will always be horribly restrictive. What can we do? How can we do it?
We have our callings and the things we like to do. From there one does take on from what to do. We must find ways to separate and to do things how we want them and if we study a career that we enjoy; aspire to do things how you want to do them in a way that you are comfortable with.
In the end I decide to answer life’s greatest cliche with another one yes? And with another generalization. But I must call out to others to do things how you want to and not how a rigorous system asks you to after you forced to be in it find ways out and around to feel comfortable and at peace with you.
And so I repeat, life is one, life is unique, life is ours, life is to be used to take on the world, life is for loving.
These two acts have a great initiative, stop piracy and to enforce even further Copyright infringement laws. This is all fine and dandy but giving this much power to the big name companies and therefore Give more power to the 1% of the population which has all of the power because they have the money. Now why am I bringing the 1% up? Because the same way the ‘Occupy’ movement has not had much success is because of half-hearted following and those who truly understand what is being said try to do even more for this movement. Now through this writing i do not only call to support this protest even heavier but also call out to more friends and family to sign-up against this process and for those who are also willing to help even more, write up or come up with different ways to stop piracy. In such a manner that it enforces copyright infringement and also does not interfere with the freedom of speech we all have.
The movement ‘Occupy: Wall-Street’ or ‘Occupy: any other place’ should join this because if you fought the big name companies and the dreaded and all powerful 1% you should also fight the 1% by opposing or mentioning SOPA and PIPA in the things that you oppose.
People around the world constantly lose sleep.For different reasons. Many do it because they do not know the correct way of eating before going to sleep, as in eat something light(like a small bowl of cereal or yogurt) if your going to sleep right away to avoid different recurring dreams (in most cases of falling) that are gotten when eating heavily or consuming full meals at around or a bit more than an hour before going to sleep. Again to avoid such dreams and allowing it to ruin you night. Others lose sleep because of the things that trouble them in their daily lives. They do worry a bit too much to allow it to barge into the night time or time of sleep in which they well, obviously acquire the required time of sleep or of rest to take on the day and therefore might be prone to having a bad day ( even if it is the one they were worried about). Others lose sleep because they worry about the future or even a past that haunts them. To the second one all I can say is look for ways to be at peace with your past and if not possible look for help. And for those who worry about the future look for ways to forge it the time is now to make it happen to do things and to be happy or to make or guide yourself on that road that will lead to the best times of your life so look forward to what you can do or how you can do things.
Sleep is one of the most important things a human thing has to do in order to (well obviously) live a good life. We require 8 hours of sleep no more no less so schedule and prepare yourself or make sure you have enough time to keep up with that because not only will you feel better about yourself, but you will be much better at everything else so make sure you do get it.
Obviously there are medical conditions that have been accepted that cause insomnia or the insomnia itself is a medical problem itself. So how can we deal with it if one of your reasons is not stated before because your condition is strictly medical, all be it because you got it through you gene pool or because you had a life trauma ( your past as already said before) or even a excessive worry about the future (wich can also lead to this condition). Then I must recommend or say to get help not only is it good for you but your body, soul(if you believe in those) and mind will appreciate it. All problems of insomnia have solutions so look to fixing it or making it better or all together getting rid of the condition . So take on life well rested you’ll do so much better in EVERYTHING!(except not sleeping wich is ruled out of most if not all record books so dont do it).
